Close the Gap between Intention & Action

We teach entrepreneurs how to follow through on their intentions -consistently.

What if follow-through wasn't such a mental struggle?
What if you never sabotaged yourself?

Wouldn't it be awesome to always do what you say you'll do?

...and achieve what you say you'll achieve?

What if you were that kind of person?
What would your life & business look like?

Good news 👉🏻 You can become the kind of person that always follows through.

You can become the entrepreneur that coaches herself through resistance and runs her life & business with ease and flow.

We call it intentional entrepreneurship.

Intentional entrepreneurs take action from a place of purpose. They let their vision pull them every day, instead of forcing themselves to take action.

They  have high personal integrity: they do what they say they'll do and achieve what they say they'll achieve. They honor the promises they make and treat themselves well.

They take conscious daily decisions and continuously manage their autopilot (their unconscious thinking and behavior) so they can always follow through on their intentions.

They are curious and coach themselves every day by asking powerful questions that expand their perspectives so they can tap into more resources; not just mentally but emotionally and physically as well.

Intentional entrepreneurs do 3 things differently from other entrepreneurs, and this is exactly what gets them huge results.

Intentional entrepreneurs do less better: they choose to focus on only a few intentions and make them extremely effective so they can take calm & focused action every day.

They leverage the power of alignment: they regularly audit their mind to understand their driving forces and align them towards their goals, in order to eliminate any self-sabotage.

They think before they act: they manage their brain on a daily basis. They minimize their default impulsive behavior by pausing and observing first so they can take deliberate action instead.

That's why intentional entrepreneurs don't have a gap between their intentions and actions and whenever their default programming attempts to sabotage them, they turn it around in a split second.

Even though it sounds simple, every one of those 3 approaches requires the right techniques, tools and practice. I bet you know this isn't as easy as it sounds...

Let me ask you this:

  • How many goals and action plans do you have lying around somewhere that you didn't finish?
  • How often do you lack consistency in your daily  or weekly actions? Think of social media posts, engagement, or workouts and self-care...
  • How often do you cave to Netflix, Youtube or random snacking when you intended to work on your business?

And on a deeper level...

  • How often do you truly commit to something? Truly as in - do not stop until you get it. Period.
  • How valuable are the promises you make to yourself compared to the ones you make to others How many of your decisions do you actually honor?
  • How often do you realize you're getting in your own way, but you're not sure how or why, and what to do about it?

Imagine what would happen if you would decide to achieve something, and just take consistent action until you get it.

You decide. 👍🏻 You do. ✊🏻 You achieve. 🙌🏻

Sounds easy, doesn't it? It's not.

Your brain plays a LOT of tricks on you to get you to play small, stay safe and put in the least amount of effort.

How does it do it? Through unconscious thoughts and automatic behavior.

97% of what we do is unconscious. That sneaky brain is seriously powerful.

You can throw in all the quick fix programs and planning tools you want. If you can't manage your mind, you'll always end up back in the same place, frustrated and discouraged.

Tell me... How often did you end up right back where you started after a while? Tried that new diet for a few weeks? Gave up and gained back all the pounds. Tried that new business idea for a few months? Ditched the idea after not getting immediate results.

This can change now.

You can become the person that feels aligned & confident, and acts accordingly.

The person that always follows through.

The person that takes action and makes significant progress every day.

The person that generates the results they promised.

You can become an intentional entrepreneur.

  • No more constant self-sabotage you don't really understand
  • No more inner battles that your willpower always ends up losing
  • No more reacting to your emotions and letting overwhelm, stress and anxiety run the show.
  • No more emotional breakdowns whenever you hit a roadblock in your entrepreneurial journey.
  • No more procrastination, emotional eating and perfectionism.

Replace it with true productivity, healthy living and confidence.

Become the CEO of your brain.

Hi, I'm Sophie and I'm a recovered self-saboteur. I used to set #alltheintentions and achieve none of them. My automatic thinking & behavior kept me stuck in a rut for years. That's why I made it my mission to understand what makes entrepreneurs tick.

When I finally figured out how I could take charge of my autopilot brain and fulfill my intentions, I created Intention School so I could help other entrepreneurs do the same.
